Individual Therapy

Start working toward a happier you with an individual licensed clinician. The amount, scope and duration of therapy depends on your specific mental health needs, treatment program or response to the treatment approach. We’re here to help and guide you, tailoring our methods to meet your needs.

Family Therapy

Bring harmony back into your home. One of our licensed clinicians will help facilitate positive family interactions and communication. Working with the family unit, this service deals with issues relating to constructive integration of the individual into the family.  

Group Therapy

Address your needs and build relationships. Your therapist guides the focus, utilizing group interactions and interpersonal relationships to address behavioral and health needs. This type of therapy must be prescribed on the Treatment Plan and have measureable goals and objectives. This means therapy may focus on skill development for learning new coping skills (i.e. stress reduction) or changing maladaptive behaviors (i.e. anger management). Group Therapy is also a supportive process for the individual that may be experiencing trauma or grief and loss issues.

Basic Skills Training (BST)

BST services are designed to reduce cognitive and behavioral limitations and help individuals function at their highest level. Through positive reinforcement, modeling and other training techniques, this is an interactive treatment that  helps individuals learn:

Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)

PSR services target psychological functioning within a variety of social settings in order to help individuals function at their best. Treatments may include:

  • Social Competency – Learning interpersonal-social boundaries and gaining confidence
